Just a simple question

Can someone please explain me, why when I have a problem with recordbox, always, from here, they send me, to file an inquiry ticket?? 

Have you ever thought that my problem can be someone else problem??

And have you ever thought that maybe my problem will appear just half an hour from a gig??So i will need a quck answer that already have been answered but in ticket. So none can see the answer except from the guy who had the problem and the guy who gave solution

We're here to answer general questions, but anything that may require more direct communication (eg. technical issues with rekordbox), we direct to tickets as that will allow our support team to escalate the conversation to direct communication with our engineers. The reason we don't have our engineers on the forums is there are simply too many posts which don't require their attention, and it would be a waste of their time to be providing customer service instead of working as engineers. With a ticket, we can call on them as requested.

Another reason we direct users to tickets is the possible need to exchange files and other personal information, eg. license data.

But we're certainly able to answer many questions here in the forums.

I don't know if is 'cos there are only  few moderators here,or the development people at Pio not are intrested in "general" discussions,but a thing to import from Serato forum is that more of the develop team read the forum and can solve many problems without the need of a private ticket..
