Sup everyone, Jad here, good to be here but pretty disappointed in Pioneer experience so far that im actually thinkin of returning my DDJ 1000 that i just bought. Had it for almost two weeks and it works just fine but RB is totally brutal. It crashed on me last night MID GIG, i was doing a club opening, luckly there werent many people around so i got away with restarting it. It just froze and nothing was moving tho the controls were still workin and sound comin through. This is the 4th time RB crashed on me, does it even when i'm settin up cue points but last night made me reconsider my choise unfortunatelly. RB is just not reliable enough yet for me to use it daily and to invest in it . Really, trully disapointed !!!
There are so many variables as to why it might happen, but it would certainly help to know more about your computer specs to help diagnose it -- so I'm going to ask you to please file an inquiry ticket here where our rekordbox support team can gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
