if you show the mixer in rekordbox and turn the know does it show any movement? definitely sounds like a hw problem if everything else is working fine with the mixer.

DDJ 1000 - Dead eq knob
Hi.
Just realize that mid eq knob on channel 1 is not working. Only Low and high frequences work.
Already tried usb and external sources and no response.
Also tried MIDI Mapping "learn"function, and it seems to be dead. no response at all.
Other channels are ok.
Could be a hardware failure?
Need help. Thks
