I have just bought a second hand DDJ-RB and was given the key for Rekordbox. When I input it I get Error Code 5. Any ideas how to solve it?
Error code 5 means the key is incorrect, please check with the seller that they have provided the correct license key (this is NOT the key on the serial number on the unit itself).

I have purchased a DJM 250, its been registered and Rekordbox Dj plus DVS activated to my imac. I tried activating on my new pc but only the Rekordbox Dj license key worked!
I then checked my profile and now have no licenses at all?
Lucky for me ive written them down but it still coming up Error code 5?
@Nelzih > You need to activate rekordbox dj first, then be sure to enter the DVS license in the correct field.
