Pioneer DJM-S9

Why do the S9 sounds so bad for Vinyl (and probably every analog source)

Other than this, it's a stunning mixer and tick all boxes but as long as phono sound is terrible, it is hard to not consider other brands/models.

Does anyone know any workaround to help? For the record, my unit is faultless and has the latest firmware installed. I'm also using high-end cables from my Technics SL1200-GR (latest) and Shure m44‑7 (Tried other cartridges they all output the same muffled sound, especially in the mid-range... terrible)

For an idea about the sound quality, please check those music samples files

Any tip would be helpful.

p.s. Please, this message request is not addressed to those who don't have a clue what is a good sound nor the PIONEER FAN BOYS. Thanks
