Baught mixer because have a gig tonoght and tommorow night and cant use the DVS function. Who can contact with me ill install KDX or something that you could conect to my mac and figure IT OUT!!!!!!

I'm sorry you're having troubles, but I don't see any tickets in our support system under your username, so I'm not sure which "soundeginiers" you're working with to try and resolve it. Maybe if you provide me with a bit more information about the issue I can help, and no, it won't be remote.

They’re working with pioneer equipment and haven’t seen anything like this:)) I tried to uninstall and reinstall tried with 3 different guys to fix this :)) but they couldn’t help me. Am tired already giving up this shitt Gona play vinyl set what to do.
Everything works except the dvs. Mac sees the mixer and all settings are set right but there is no time code picture on those 4 boxes where it supposed to be. And I cannot control my music with vinyls.
Could it be the software problem somewhere? Because I can explain only one thing could do something wrong but I don’t know how to fix it. When I was installing driver the computers batary
Turned of because it was not plunged in to the electriciy. And I think something is still not installed propertly. But I reinstalled everything and nothing changes. Maybe I need to reinstall my OSX? I’ll

Did you set the inputs on the mixer utility to be timecode?

Mine's not connected at the moment, which is why it's greyed-out.
