Have you opened/closed rekordbox more than 3 times since this happened? We may be able to recover them if not.

Playlists gone
Hi,
All my playlists suddenly disappeared, I don't know how to find them.
I still have my music, but it's not saved on a Rekordboxed key.
I'm on Mac.

A friend of mine just managed to restore my playlists !
But I'd rather this not to happen again.
If I recordbox my playlists in a usb key/hard drive, shall it be possible to restore them in a new rekordbox if I have another problem with my computer ?

Yes and no... best thing to do is regularly perform a Library > Backup Library procedure, and if you aren't already using something like a Time Machine or Backblaze, start. It's inexpensive and worth the peace of mind in not losing data.
