Problemas con la pre escucha DDJ400 rekordbox

Buenas, compré hace poco un controlador Pioneer DDJ 400 y utilizo el programa rekordbox. Tengo problemas para utilizar la pre escucha, si estoy reproduciendo una track y quiero escuchar otro track por los auriculares se escucha bastante fuerte la pista principal, lo que me dificulta mucho la mezcla,esto ocurre aún utilizando los botones de CUE, y el volumen de la entrada del auricular.

¿Cómo lo soluciono?

Adjust the channel trim so the channel meter shows the levels at the first orange LED, then adjust the MASTER level to around the 2 o'clock position. That should be roughly equal in volume level on both the channel and master when the channel fader is fully open with the crossfader to that side.

When you select the channel CUE and master CUE, you can use the HEADPHONE MIXING knob to adjust the blend of the two sources, but they should be the same when the knob is at the 12 o'clock position.

tienes que irte al engranaje de coonfiguración y picar en audio, luego dar clic en audio y aundiffonos, despues le pondras aplicar y comenzar a sonar

por que cuando conecto al cable USB las luces del nivel de canal Parpadean?

Excelente Arturo Vasquez!!, en realidad es eso, se deben seleccionar correctamente las salidas Master Output y las Headphones Output, por eso no funcionan.

Entonces, debes dejar como:
- Master Output: MASTER + Speakers
- Headphones Output: PHONES
