Record Box problem

I'm sure something is wrong with the program.
Since I made the upgrade to 5.6. the problems started.
In the beginning while I was making my music and my tracks with the tags and colors,
in my home studio on the desktop I normally shut down my program and my computer.
Then I went to play to my set.
The next day in my studio when i run program, the track I had played the day before,
shows the bpm and everuthing I had set in columms but without the (wave) preview.
Even if they was analyzed.
I tried to play with xdj rx (ethernet connection) and the tracks
that did not appear the preview in program, in xdj rx on the moving waveform did not appear.
Only on the waveform that is below. So I had to analyze them again.
now i downgrade to 5.4.3. but again I have the same problems.
Sometimes I try to analyze my tracks and the program crashes.
I format my 2 computers (desktop and laptop) to see if I had the problem to my machines.
But it is not there. It does exactly the same after the format.
I already transferred the database to another hard drive
to see if my hard drive is having a problem.
I thought that some of my tracks maybe they have some problem.

But no. The same problem. I try to analyze some track without the (wave) preview

and record is analyze the song but it crashes. With the other hard drive.
But I do not think thats the problem, because I have no problem to any other program.
For example, in virtual dj I have no problem with my tracks.

Record box and my xdj rx crash sunday night. After a long time.

I couldn't even play with my usb because after xdj rx crash, i had to remove power supply to restart it.
some solution ??
