Error 002 "no driver audio" ddj 1000 windows

Hola! Hace una semana aproximadamente me compré la controladora ddj 1000 y llevo 4/5 días peleándome con el driver para que funcione.

Cuando instalo el driver, aparece error 002 y la controladora no reconoce el driver. En la controladora aparece en la pantalla de los jogs "No audio driver". El play, los CUE y los jocs funcionan pero lo q sería la mesa de mezclas, no. El sonido aparece por el ordenador, tiene que ser algo de la tarjeta de audio q no funciona...

He probado varias cosas como: desinstalar drivers y reiniciar el ordenador varias veces como dicen por el foro en inglés. He probado de instalar el driver en el modo sin firma de Windows. Incluso he probado de hacer un scaneo de errores en el ordenador des de el CMD porque salía que Windows podía tener algún problema de este tipo pero tampoco nada.

He enviado correo a soporte pero tampoco me solucionan nada... De momento me han dado las mismas soluciones que hay por el foro.

Tengo un Asus Windows 10 de 8 gb de ram con más de 100gb de memoria en el disco duro

The 002 error is typically shown if you have the DDJ connected while you're trying to install the drivers. Please follow these steps:

Disconnect the DDJ-1000.
Uninstall the drivers from the control panel.
Reboot your computer.
With the DDJ-1000 still disconnected, right-click on the driver installation file and select Run as Administrator
Allow the installation to complete, then reboot your computer again.
Connect the DDJ-1000.
Open the DDJ-1000 Setting Utility and verify that the firmare version number is shown in the utility.
Close the Setting Utility and open rekordbox.
Test it out.

I've got my simple solution for this issue. The main issue for this matter is the antivirus installed in your PC computer. By the way this matter only happened to PC not in Mac.

1. Uninstall the Antivirus whatever it is (mine is BetDefender) from your PC.

2. Uninstall and re-install the Rekordbox latest version.

3. Install the DDJ 1000 driver.

4. Launch the Rekordbox latest version and connect your DDJ 1000 controller and enjoy.

Hey, I tried all of this and nothing works, the audio cannot recognize the DDJ1000 ASIO. This happened after I download the new upgrade of recordbox

Solucion q yo aplique: apagar controlador, desconectar controlador del pc, desinstalar drivers, actualizar windows, reiniciar pc para aplicar cambios correctamente, luego volver a instalar drivers, conectar controlador en USB, esperar q windows reconozca e instale el controlador, verificar q este correctamente instalado, abrir rekordbox y actualizarlo si es necesario. Listo. A mi me funciono eso. Pc: Windows 10, Intel i7 2600, 8gb ram, hdd 1tb + 1 tb externo.

Hoy compré la DDJ 1000 y estaba loca por el mismo tema, intenté de todo, hasta que cerré el recordbox para apagar el compu y me dió por insistir una vez mas y funcionó, pero con el programa ya cerrado, entonces, quien vea esto también puede intentar a ver si le funcionó como a mi :)
