Sorry, if the previous owner didn't sell it along with the hardware, there is no obligation for them to do so. You can purchase one within Serato DJ.

Got used SX-2 and need to get serato flip code since previous owner did't give it
I bought a used DDJ SX-2 off of kijiji.ca. The previous owner didn't give me the voucher code for serato flip that comes with the SX-2 when you buy it. Can I re-obtain the code because I got this deck since it had flip and SHOULD OF come with the code.
