You can certainly add pad MIDI mapping to the FX; I personally never use the key shift, so I mapped the pads to activate the other effects, you just need to un-map whatever you're not using first.
Hi.
I have a DDJ-400, and I feel like I'm kinda limited having one beat fx at a time, so I thought why not map 3 pads to activating / deactivating the three beat fx channels. Done. The problem is that there's only knob and I can't seem to map it to all three channels.
Is there any way to map a single knob to work on all three beat fx channels?
Or, is there any way to assign to a pad a certain beat effect on the first channel only? Like pad 1: switch to flanger, pad 2: switch to trans, pad 3: switch to pan. That way I can at least use the knob, even though I still only use one effect at a time.
Thanks.

Hello there!
I'd like to know if it's possible to MIDI map some unused pads for CFX or FX.
For example, instead of going up and down with the FX Select, if I could select reverb (pad1), echo (pad2) and so on... In a way they work with the depth knob.
Many thanks
@marcelo > Sorry, there is no direct-assignment mapping, nor can a knob be used where a button input type is expected.
