Rekordbox / XDJ-700 library link problem

Hi!

I have a pair of xdj-700 connected by a switch (d-link go-sw-5e) to the computer (w10), suddenly I can not load tracks from rekordbox (export).

I tried to connect an xdj directly to the computer with the network cable, without using the switch, same result.

So far this configuration has worked.

the link button appears in rekordbox, BUT I DO NOT SEE THE XDJ in the link section, below.

I can put the rekordbox in master, and in the xdj I see that information, so there is connection, but in the xdj I see the following message "library not responding"

firewall disabled, wifi disabled ...
