Pioneer Pro DJ Link and Rekordbox Performance Mode

Hello

I have 2 x XDJ-1000's with a DJM900NX2 mixer linked up using Pro DJ Link (ethernet)

I cannot seem to control Rekordbox in Performance mode, I'm wanting to trial the new Beatport Live streaming subscription.

I connect my DJM900NXS2 to my computer via USB, however I cannot get my decks to connect using Link, nothing shows up on either deck, do I need to connect both my XDJ's and DJM to USB on my Laptop? I thought using Pro DJ link I could just connect my mixer to my laptop.

I can link both my XDJ's and DJM using the EXPORT mode on Rekordbox, I connect to my laptop via ethernet using PRO DJ Link

Any suggestions? I'd rather not connect each XDJ and DJM via USB as I only have 2 x USB slots on my MacBook

performance mode only supports HID integration with supported controllers - not PRO DJ Link. Pro DJ Link only works in Export mode.

So does that mean I have to connect both XDJ players and DJM Mixer via USB to use in Performance Mode?

From the Rekordbox connection guide for performance mode (image below) it seems to state Pro DJ link can be used - https://rekordbox.com/_app/files/img/rekordbox4_connection_guide_for_performance_mode_20160218_en.pdf

Hmm i had a conversation with support a few weeks ago as I wanted to use Pro DJ Link with Performance mode (due to beatpoirt streaming support & grabbing track titles for live stream) and they told me Pro DJ Link was not available in Perf.

Certainly confusing, also not scalable if you have to connect each player and mixer via USB, especially if you have 4 x CDJ/XDJ's! What laptop has 5 USB ports lol

I think if you have the pioneer mixer the diagram suggests Pro DJ would work if you conenct mixer with USB to Laptop - and then connect the 4 CDJ with mixer via Ethernet cables and a switch - but not connect to laptop,.

I dont have the Pioneer mixer so cant test this.

But still Beatport Link wont work i think based on the comment from support.
