Have you tried to add them to the list for authorized fixtures? I will be surprised if the confetti launcher worked with the RB-DMX1, but if not just use the remote if comes with I guess.

I have written Chauvet and obviously loads come up, but i don't know exactly which one i have to select or what to even write on the search box. Sorry it's just confusing for me as it's the first time trying this out.
If it does not work, how do i request it for it to be up on the fixtures?
