i have a ddj-200 but it doesnt work with rekordboxdj on my macbook pro (MacOS High Sierra), the controller turn on but none button/fader is working and just the midi led is blinking, i cant find drivers or firmware to update, i dont know what to do. please help me.

Does the device appear in the MIDI Studio window within the Audio MIDI Setup app?
the device is connected with a hub usb-c for my macbook pro retina and yes, it appears in the audio midi setup app
