Same here, asked for every connected USB and I usually have at least three, annoying YES.
But if you un-tick "apply settings..." it shuts up :)

Rekordbox 5.8.1 keep asking to update my settings on devices
Why every time I connect my USB flash drives Rekordbox is asking me if I want to update the settings? It's very annoying.
Another thing, I also noticed a certain slowness at startup that was not there before, every time I launch the app this remains stuck for a few seconds with the screen not fully loaded.
