ddj-1000 1.07 firmware problem

hello,

So i updated the firmware last week and now i'm having major problems with my controller. Channel 1 is the only channel thats allowing any sound to come through, but the volume faders and trims have no effect it will just play regardless. The decks themselves seem to be working fine, just the mixer.

I've turned my computer off and on several times, uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them, even reinstalled the firmware. Any help would be much appreciated!

Sounds more like a driver issue -- what OS is on your computer?

its just super weird because it was fine before the firmware was updated.

Follow these instructions please:

  1. Disconnect the DDJ-1000.
  2. Download the driver.
  3. Open the driver package and run the uninstaller file.
  4. Reboot your computer.
  5. Open the driver package and run the driver installation file.
  6. After the installation has completed, give the drivers permission if necessary (High Sierra and Mojave).
  7. Reboot your computer.
  8. Connect the DDJ-1000 and test as normal.

If that doesn't work, please let me know.
