Rekordbox dvs no signal from vinyl

Tried every conceivable setting on the software, cannot get any signal from the timecode. Theres no green circles appearing in the calibration. I can hear the signal through the speakers. Im running it through my ddj1000 on channel 3&4. Have tried on 1&2 aswell. Any help would be appreciated

@Aidan > Do you have the line input selector for those channels set to USB A (or B) to match the computer connection? It shouldn't be set to the phono/line input unless you want that input to go directly to the channel; DVS goes through the PC.

Tried usb, phono, line, even tried changing the deck output from phone to line etc... no matter what i do i cant get a signal to the software. Doing my head in now.

Just sussed it... didnt realise theres a switch at the rear of the ddj1000 on ch 3 and 4 to switch between line and phono 🤦‍♂️ had it on line, switched to phono now i have signal 👍
