im unable to use the djm900nxs as a midi controller for traktor mixer

@Kyle > So long as you have the drivers installed, you've selected the DJM-900NXS2 as your MIDI device within Traktor, have configured some of the controls to respond to the inputs on the DJM, and have pressed the MIDI ON/OFF button on the mixer, you can certainly use it to control Traktor.

Hi sorry to have bothered you guys turns out I messed around with it for a couple more hours and eventually it did move the knobs on traktor I had to open traktor while the mixer was off and once traktor is open turn the mixer on and it kinda clicked in worked perfect right away made my own mapping from scratch works beautiful

I do have one question still unanswered if you could help me with this would be awesome
I am in internal mixing mode on traktor otherwise the faders dont appear in the program... but now I control all my faders and knobs through my midi mapping but it all comes through channel 1 of the mixer... I can go and change the master output it will all come through any one channel I want... but of course that’s not really functional like that I don’t see my meters I can only see lights from the channel it’s outputting from... the faders work but again if the fader of the channel I set as the master output is set to 0 the sound from the other channels can’t come through even if their fader is all the way up and so on...
Messes up my cross fader too it’s useless since sound only comes from one of the four channels...
What would be the best way to mix internally and see the faders and have sound coming out from every channel or should I choose external ?
I know this probably is all stupid questions to you guys lol sorry thanks for the help
Never mind everything works perfect in external mixer but I can’t understand why the faders DONT show is there a way to make them appear
