Problemas rekordbox (authentication error)

Hola mi problema viene desde que actualize a la última versión todo han sido problemas. En modo export no analiza todas las pistas y a veces se cuelga, desactive licencias y desinstale pensando que quizá fuese algún error, para mi sorpresa ayer al abrir el rekordbox me abre una pestaña emergente y me pone (authentication error) me pide e-mail y contraseña y al intentar ponerla me dice que no es correcta cuando es la que he usado siempre. Tengo 2 ordenadores un MacBook problemas 2015 y el sobremesa con win7 donde desactive la licencia y ahora no puedo activarla. Me estoy volviendo loco ayuda por favor

There was an issue yesterday - our licensing server went offline and as a result there were users seeing a pop-up window asking for the login, but that was resolved at 16:00 (GMT-7). You should be able to use it without that pop-up now.

Track analysis and freezing are separate issues, and to answer those, I would direct you to please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
