XDJ RR cue button not working

I am a New user of XDJ RR. One thing that I noticed is the queue button is not working at all on either deck. So when I’m playing a song and I press the queue button the track continues to play. My goal is it every time I press the queue button it automatically goes back to the beginning of the track. Is there a way that I can set this up so that I can achieve my goal? Thanks in advance for your help

Do you already have a master cue enabled for it to go to? Go into the settings and enable the SINGLE playback mode, and press and hold the AUTO-CUE button to have it so the players set a master cue on the track (either at the start of the audio or at the first memory / hot cue, depending on your setting in the deck settings):
