I have an active licence for Rekordbox that came bundled with a DDJ-800 controller and have recently purchased an RB-DMX1 interface. This came with its own licence card in the polythene wrapper with a completely different licence key to that I already have.
As I didn't need the second licence I have passed that onto someone else. I have never attempted to activate that licence and when I go into my Rekordbox settings screen it only shows the original licence as active.
The problem is that when the new owner of the second licence tries to activate it he gets the error 19 message saying that it cannot be used on two accounts. I have never added this to my account.
How can the new owner overcome this?

It could be the DMX was an open-box and had previously been activated.
Please file an inquiry ticket here and provide a photo of the serial from the bottom of the RB-DMX1, as well as a copy of the receipt and the license key number, and we'll make sure it's released so he can install it to his account.
