Hey Luke,
From the video, it would appear that the amount of play with the jogs is within our normal production / operation tolerances. If it gets worse, please let us know.
Hello, could a fellow DDJ1000 owner tell me if this is normal/expected behaviour?
The platters (mainly the top section) audibly rattle on my unit and have quite a lot of 'play' in them...
Having used CDJ2000 a fair few times over the years, I don't recall this occurring, although I guess in loud venues I haven't paid so much attention!
I bought the unit new in January, so would likely be a repair case now (rather than a straight swap).

Hi Pulse,
OK that's good to know, thanks for the reply!
Cheers :)
I like to add some extra comment to this toppic. I bought my DDJ-1000 late december and he replaced my CDJ-1000 MK3’s.
The jogs on the CDJ’s where nice and steady but the jogs on my DDJ-1000 got so much play it doesnt feel steady at all. When i’am scratching the led ring around the jogs moves up and down because of the play. Before i bought the unit i watched so much reviews and no one mentioned this.
