DDJ-SB2 issues with Serato DJ Pro
Hi.
I'm running Serato Dj Pro version 2.3.2 with the Serato Video expansion on a Lenovo Legion Y540 laptop running Windows 10 home 64bit with an Intel Core i7-9750H Hexa-Core Processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti 6GB Graphics Card, and 16GB RAM. I am using a DDJ-SB2 controller with the 1.100 driver version installed on the laptop. Inside Serato I have my audio latency setting at 2ms and my Serato Video buffer size between 1Gb and 2Gb. The issues I am having are as follows:
1. Whenever I've been using the jog-wheels to scratch after a while, sometimes the play button and jog-wheels stop responding and when this happens the track that is loaded seems to just lock up or freeze.
2. When using Serato Video, the videos also start to lock up and freeze whenever I start to scratch. However, If I don't use the jog-wheels to scratch the tracks in, then the videos seems to run just fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
