Rekordbox license problem!

My friend gift me his rekordbox license. Before it he canceled (deactivate) his license from rekordbox.com account and uninstall rekordbox soft from his laptop. But I still can't activate with my own account. Please help me.

If the user fully deactivated all licenses, it would be available - have your friend file an inquiry ticket here and provide the license key and his rekordbox account email address, and they can force a deactivation.
