External hard drive wont detected

Hey recently purchased the ddj 800 I got all my music store on my external hard drive but rekordbox wont detected it however I noticed the hard drive format is in exfat should it be in fat32 for it to be recognized are what should I do I wont able to store all my music on the internal drive cause it's only 1tb and I got 1.8Tb store on my drive

You can use an exFAT drive as the music source, just not as an export destination. Since you're using a controller and not a stand-alone device or CDJ, you probably won't plug that drive directly to the player, so you don't need FAT32 or HFS+.

Just migrate your music folder over to that drive, relocate, and you're set.
