When using Instant Doubles, the hot cues are not loaded in the interest of performance; loading the hot cues to memory would take time and that would delay the "instant" nature of "Instant Doubles."
The same goes for CUE.
Found another bug, when using instant doubles (long holding on SYNC) the track loads in the deck, however hotcues and saved CUE do not load. They are visible in the main screen and jog screen but not reflected in the pads. See the short video video below.

@tomo thanks for the reply. Yes, this makes sense giving the limited CPU / memory in these units. I just realized this is the same behavior as on the XDJ-RX2 as well. Thanks!
Is this true of memory cues too?
I'm playing on one of these tomorrow and use instant doubles a lot to check breakdowns in the currently playing track, using the memory cue points.
If it doesn't load them automatically, is there a button I can press after that will?
MEMORY CUE is the data recorded in the song, so I think it has nothing to do with instant double.
How to call MEMORY CUE is described in P51 below.
However, if you CALL MEMORY CUE, the sound will stop.
Hmm, that seems like a pain in the ass.
What I mean is, if I am playing a track - but I can't remember how the breakdown/drop/whatever goes - I'll pull up instant doubles, so I can jump to that point in the song and check it out.
This means I don't need to scroll all the way back to the find the track, load it into a deck, check it, then scroll all the way down to the new track again to load it in.
Using RB in performance mode the ID will load in the memory cue points automatically.
@H3X > The players prioritize performance when loading a track via:
- instant doubles
- text search
- track skip buttons
When doing so, the hot cues are not automatically loaded as that would not allow for instant playback because it takes a moment to buffer them into memory.
Sorry!
