Rekordbox - Database

How do I keep all my hot cues from recordbox?
 I want to reinstall my laptop and I want to save
 my hot cues what should I do and what should I save and where?

I had to do this recently. Luckily I keep regular backups and was able to restore everything.

If you go to File > Library > Backup Library > Choose a safe place to save the backup.

It'll save all you playlists, histories, cue points, hot cues and other metadata for your tracks. Then it should just be a case of restoring the backup (File > Library > Restore Library) when you've reset the backup.

Steps I've given are for Mac, presume Windows are very similar (if not identical).

Must with music file back up or without music file ? Can i back up without music file and after reinstall i first import collection and restore back up ?

You can chose to back-up the music along with the database (rekordbox asks you) but be aware that the folder organization you currently have will be lost when it consolidates the songs.
