Are 3band for only paid versions?

I'm trying to enable 3band waveforms but I can't.

I'm told to go to my collection, select all, right click and go to "add new track analysis"

It is greyed out in all playlists and collections.
Premium feature?

This confirms where the option is.

I updated to 6, this option is not there

I have blue/RGB
