Anyone having this issue with their Pioneer SR2 and Serato?

Hi all,

I recently got a SR2. Everything works well, however occasionally while playing, suddenly audio is gone but I am still able to control track selection, load tracks, etc. But when I select load track, nothing is loaded. Have to reset the controller for it to work again. Was wondering if anyone else is facing this issue. I am a Windows 10 user. Specs of laptop below. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
I have also included the link to the video of this issue.

My laptop specs:
Alienware M17 R2
Intel Core i9-9980HK
16gb Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q
1.5TB SSD

Problem solved. It was a USB buffer issue. Changed the setting from 5 to 8 and it’s working fine now. 😄

Hi there, unfortunately, the above wasn't the solution as the issue came back. I have to adjust the buffer either higher or lower to get the sound back, rather than resetting the controller. Anyone facing such issues?

Please ensure that Windows and your BIOS is up to date and you have disabled any performance / acceleration software, as well as antivirus or malware scanners.

Watching the video, it seems the software has frozen -- the master meter was stuck. You may want to file an inquiry with Serato.

Yea, I have feedbacked to Serato, and they are checking.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

@Nana Debrah > We'd need a bit more info; which OS is on your computer? Which version of Serato are you trying to use?
