After navigating around three or four different pages I couldn't actually find a place to ask someone about my problem so ima do it here I have an issue with my ddj 800 and the volume fader adjust the tempo like down really slow and it's happening when I'm streaming I'm over it someone please help me!!!

I'm having troubleswoth my DSJ 800 BUT ONLY SOMETIMES...its like I have activated a function that affects the tempo when I turn the volume up it slows the top right down...very frustrated sometimes there will be an active loop I'm using when it happens I dont know why this happens I'll press the cue then turn the line volume up on 1 or 2 and this triggers the tempo to slow up bigtime and make me look a complete retard.my machine is less than 6 months old and I have also noticed the bluebuttin to trigger effects is already starting to fail aswell infuriating when u have an echo that wont turn off when u fricken want it to....
