Nested folders is high up there on my list too. We can only hope for a future update.

rekordbox 6 Playlist
I been using rekordbox since it was first launch. One feature i have been waiting for, is the ability to play your whole folder instead for the individual playlist.
This is one feature i was expecting to come in rekordbox 6. Hopefully it happens in the next update.
