Recordbox v6 Cloud Sync

Hi,

I have a bug with Cloud Storage when move my library to Dropbox.

Rekordbox create a new directory strucure for Dropbox but some of the name files are truncated. Thus if you have file lets Artist - Title (Version). mp3 where version is for exemple is Dirty or Instrumental both file will be copied to Artist - Title (.mp3.

You end up loosing file then in your library. Someone said it could the parenthesis .

Could Pioneer look into that bug?

Hi,

I opened a ticket but no answer. I'm testing this function but if the bug persist, i don't see any use of a purchasing a plan

The reason your ticket didn't get answered is you're in France and our agent who received it, passed it up to Japan, but they're on Golden Week holidays and won't be answering tickets until next week.

To answer your question, I've had no problems moving files with long filenames (including parenthesis, where I typically have the mix name stored). Which OS are you running and what is the file format of your drive?
