Haven't seen this, but would start with Firmware, changing cables, or if it's a hardware issue then please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
I'm having an issue with my XDJ-RX where the master volume cuts out intermittently and can only be fixed by either unplugging and re-plugging the XLRs or messing with the volume knob. I believe it is the same one shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uFH013IUrI
Any ideas?

Thank you! I'll give firmware a try. I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area -- any recommendations on local service options? It looks like the only ones in California are in the LA area.
I have the same issue! My unit has been faultless for 4 years and now when I play shows it randomly cuts out. I really tried to work out what it is, it could be an electrical issue, it would often happen when I had just clicked a button like headphone cue, or a hot cue button on the channel that was still on 0% volume. The only way to fix the glitch is for me to touch the volume knob, or press on the faceplate of the unit near the volume knob... this cutting out happened maybe 10 times in a 5 hour set in a restaurant, and they actually told me to not come back any more...
Did anything you tried fix the issue???
