since to weeks i visit every day rekordbox.com.
The Website has a lot of loading and login problems for sure.
I'm a software developer too and try using a lot of browsers.
Delete all cache data, logged out and in but permanently the browsers goes in a kind of circle while loading.
Next is the jumping form page / content to page / content without clicking.
There are a lot of terrible problems and you should firing the developers of your Website!!!!
Not a other Website behaves like this one.

Yep this is a problem. But logging out and logging in again will sort (clearing cookies will also achieve the same).
That said, it is frustrating.

The status bar shows, that the browser stays in a loop of loading without ending.
It's clearly a page and development problem!
If getting response / answers via mail and clicking the link, the browser going to the login page, jumps to another page... bla bla bla
Sometimes a think, the menu target is obsolete 🤷♂️
I have the same issue across most of the Pioneer sites, including the forum. Both Chrome and Safari get stuck in loops quite a bit. I usually get tired of having to log out, clear cache so I just lurk :D

A recommended workaround: disable "staying logged in" checkbox when logging in.
However.... a bad reference for Pioneer / rekordbox offers such a semi-finished website!
(superfluous working steps on every single log in 🤷♂️ BUT... COVID-19 sucks up a lot more 😂)

i like to say it again >> i'm a web developer (NOT webDESIGNER) and i'm save to work with different kinds of browsers and the settings / preferences too.
The page behaves really strange in different browsers and it's not the right way to delete cache data after visiting rekordbox.com 🤷♂️
workaround:
not staying logged in via the checkbox on Log In screen >> helps in my case BUT it's not good that this checkbox is preselected per default
