If you had a similar issue with another controller, it sounds like the problem could be your computer - try changing the USB cable and / or port used to connect your DDJ.
Hi, I've seen similar posts and I still can't find the solution to this issue.
The unit runs great for 90% of the time no issues. Than the music stops, software freezes, the dj pioneer logos appear on the unit, for about 10 seconds then continues as normal like nothing happened. Internet off or on still does it. Only antivirus is windows defender.
Running Windows 10 16gb ram I7 processor. Plenty of space on my SSD.
I bought this yesterday brand new. I had a wego prior to this and it caused similar issue.

This may help. Try disabling intel turbo boost since you’re on i7.
