Rekordbox 6 DVS problem

Hi, Today I upgraded to Rekordbox 6 along with the Core Package in order to unlock DVS. The problem that I have is that when I move the needle to a different part of the control vinyl, this does not register in rekordbox and the track remains at the same section regardless of whether I am on absolute or relative mode. I have went through the DVS callibration process and I can play tracks from rekordbox using the control vinyl, it is just the needle drop function that does not work. I am using a DDJ-1000 with 2 turntables connected to ch1 & ch2. Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue? Thanks,
Graeme Smith

Well, I'm a bit confused because the phono inputs are on channels 3 and 4...?

I'm using Pioneer PLX turntables which have the option of phono and line input, currently using them via the line input on ch1 & 2

Ah, see, these are important details! ;)

Try rebooting -- I've just tested this myself and absolute mode does work as I'd expect.

I have rebooted, also completley powered off the ddj1000 in the hope that would do the trick.

Also tested it via the phono inputs on ch 3 and 4 and still the same problem.

Is everything else functioning in terms of DVS performance? Speed, direction, etc?

Yes, everything else works correctly, can play tracks start to finish, scratch, bpm changes accordingly when the pitch is increased or decreased on the turntable, hot cues work on relative mode, it is simply the needle drop function that is not working.

On the inner edge of the A side there are two engravings, one would read "RB VS1" and the other is a number, can you tell me which number is on your DVS vinyl?

The number is 27, managed to sort it though and it is now working correctly
