This problem is apparent on both decks.

what could be the problem?

It's probably a grounding issue between your controller and the computer. A couple of things for you to try:
- a different USB cable
- disconnect the power from the laptop
- touch a grounded surface with your other hand while scratching
HMMM!! The issue I had was exactly a grounding issue. But Im using a full PC, not a laptop. Yes the moment I touched a ground it worked. How Do I keep it working while not touching something to Ground it?
