Do you possibly have the DDJ-400 set as the default Windows audio device? Check under the Windows Sound settings.

DDJ400 - No sound out of headphones when using CUE
I set my rekorbox audio setting to:
audio: ddj 400 wasapi
masteroutput: ddj400 wasapi master + speaker
headphones: ddj400 wasapi phones
When i clicking the CUE button the sound come from the master out / my computer, but not from the headphones. I cannot hear any sound from my headphones.
Can you help please?

I am new to DJing and didn't know that cueing works when the fader is at zero, and had some other false settings ;) also I installed Rekordbox and the Drivers new, so after that all was fine
