Well, let us know how it goes with the other controller and if it's still a problem we can troubleshoot from there.
Ive been having audio issues with my SZ2. While i was mixing....i moved the fader from the right deck to the left deck....but no audio was coming out the speakers. I can hear the audio through my headphones when i cue it....but not the speakers. I went back to the left deck....and the audio came back through the speakers. I checked all my connections, turn on and of my controller, switched usb ports on my laptop, and also changed usb plug, all drives were updated, and DJ Pro was up to date, and also checked my cpu usage...everything was working fine. Started mixing again....everything was ok....until it happened again....but this time it was the left deck no audio coming out the speakers. I even changed the ports from A to B on my controller....and still gave me the same issue. Not sure if its a controller issue, laptop issue, or a software issue. To rule out controller.....i was able to return it for another controller....should be getting it by Monday. My laptop specs are as follows:
Dell Inspirion
Windows 10
Intel Core i7 5th generation/ 2.4 ghz
12 gb ram
Hard drive: 5400 rpm, HDD, 1TB
Any help would be appreciated to see what would be the issue with the audio drops from my speakers.

Hi,
Are you running Serato in 4 ore 2 Channel Mode?!
Are all for channels in PC mode?
What happens if you switch off the Cross fader Assignments.
Your Laptop Specs Looking good so far, but there is room for improvements. (an SSD for Win10 + Software) and of course this Optimization guide from Serato.

What does LatencyMon say about the System Performance in general… are there Dropouts ?
