All you said in the ticket was that you verified that the drive is available to rekordbox, but beyond that just "I can't use sync manager."
What's working and what isn't? We need a bit more info.
I have send numbers of emails to pioneer about why I was running rekordbox 5 fine updated to number 6 and all these issues with it like sync manager I want to update my hard drive to put on my cdjs 900 nexus over 2 weeks this is going on all I am going the person that's on your case is not in work today

you have been email me for the past few days 2 different people yes my hard drive shows on my Mac but not in rekordbox on the top right hand side you all no this if you want all the emails sending to you about this issues this is a joke that I ring the call centre and no one can help??????
Did you allow the removable drives for both rekordbox 5 and 6? They are separate entries.

Yes there support is terrible! I have had an open forum post for over ten days that hasn't had response. I have also created an issue through the contact page but the link to the issue doesn't seem to take me anywhere other than an endless loop I also cant see my issue anywhere in my accounts page. Also the forum doesn't seem to work properly with chrome browser which is mind boggling. good luck with getting your issue resolved!
I know I have lots of issues with the rekordbox 6 auto search finder mess up and puts tracks in places the track are now and if you highlight a album to relocate it crashes the software

As for your looping problem, be sure to clear the cookies and cache for:
*.pioneerdj.com
*.zendesk.com
*.gigya.com
And be sure to allow 3rd party cookies / cross-site data.
@Gavin > Have you re-formatted the export drive since using it with rekordbox 5? Since the database is different it will need to have the contents removed and re-sync'd.

its only taken you 12 days to tell me this that Rekordbox 5 is a different database to Rekordbox 6 and I taken it on myself today to format my hard drive something that no one wants to do and it worked now just a waiting game its on 20% so it will be done sometime tomorrow it will take about 18 hours to finish
what about the software crashing on relocate missing tracks
