This is perfectly normal; the deck itself doesn't reset the pitch to 0% when you load a new track.

Got a problem with BPM in Rekordbox
I got the problem with BPM. When I got 128 (for example) on the track and increase it to 130 BPM and then I load a new track that is 122 BPM, it loads a track in 124 BPM (so it adds the increased number to the new track). Can you pls help me. Also i got reversed Pitch bend (i am using only laptop but it might go Up=Slow it and Down=Speed it up and i got it reversed. Video with my problem: https://youtu.be/4FWyqF008DI
