Highpass Filter Issue (DDJ 400)

Hello, PioneerDj team!

Being a happy owner of a DDJ 400 controller, I've discovered a strange behaviour of Highpass Filter (no matter, whether the controller is plugged in or not).

Instead of cutting lows it begins to slightly cut highs (but it is anyway noticeable) until the moment when the knob reaches 1 o'clock position (or near that).

The PARAM is completely switched off, because I don't need that resonance thing, so this knob is turned all the way to the left.

I'm inclined to think, that this is the software issue. Besides some users had a similar problem on DDJ 1000 earlier, which seems to be still unsolved.

Here's the video of how this happens and sounds:
https://youtu.be/2yzRCzdIM8Y

I have the Rekordbox v.6.5.2 rev.21393-18825-18786 x64 running on Win10.

Hope to get any help or advice from you!

Best regards,
Sunn Jellie

Hi Sunn Jellie,

Thanks for the video - it seems like it's possible that the knob is not sending the proper value for the position. If you can run a MIDI logging app (like MIDI-OX) and let us know what the values are when the knob is turned from the 12 o'clock position through the 3 o'clock position, we can compare it to the expected values.

Hello, Pulse!
Thank you for your reply!

I thought the same first, but the main important thing (as I've mentioned it in my post earlier) is that there's the same problem appears even if the controller is NOT plugged in at all.
So I just have RB running in a regular mode, and I'm tweaking parameters with mouse only, there's no midi input during the process.

Here's the video:

In addition it's important to say, that PARAM is also starts working only when the knob reaches something around 1 o'clock position. I also showed it in the video.

Btw, I've created an inquiry and being in contact with the support team there as well.

Hello again, Pulse!

Just to close all possible gaps in this question I still did what you were asking for.
I tried different variations, then pasted the values into several txt files. Here they are:

Tho, anyway I'm practically convinced that it's not the controller's issue, because, as I said before, the same happens when I'm tweaking the Filter knob with the mouse in RB, while the controller is unplugged.
