Just for those who are interested.
I did some basic testing with IOS 15 (released yesterday). The DJM-REC App is not connecting to my DJM-900nxs2 with my iPhone XS and IOS 15.
The rekordbox app 3.2.0.21 still seem to work. At least I was able to connect with my Win 10 PC and sync music to the iPhone. I connected it to my DJM via Pro-Link and it worked too but had some disconnects from the WLAN which I haven't analysed further to better understand if it is comming from the IOS 15 update or was about my WLAN. I did not do other testing.
I am aware that PioneerDJ said - don't update - but my iPhone XS is not my primary device for recording from my DJM, therefore I did that small test.
You should be careful until PioneerDJ completed their investigations.

Update:
After a complete shutdown and restart of the iPhone XS, it was connecting to my DJM-900nxs2 again and is recording. I Haven't done long recordings but wanted to share this information.
