Active loop does not appear in XDJ-RX2

In Rekordbox I set an active loop, so that it starts automatically when playing the track on my XDJ-RX2. However, it works when playing the track on the laptop (red loop symbol set). But the loop doesn't activate on my XDJ when I exported the track on a USB.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi there!

Have u set also a memory cue loop at the same position???

Do u use mixedinkey app??? If yes, check this mac os tool https://www.atgr.nl/page/mixed-in-key-8/rekordbox.html which now have a beta app more powerful, that might help u and save u time and which is can convert automatically your cue/cue loops to memory loops and active loops.

Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately I'm not using a mac, but Windows laptop. Also I don't get how mixed in key could help to automatically activate a loop?
