Old Beatport Link files are exported to my USB stick somehow

Hello.

I'm following your thread for a while concerning Export Errors.  My problem is somehow related to that. The Export Error I'm having seems to be totally related to Beatport Link.  I tried that integration for a while.  But I cancelled my subscription.  It seems that all errors that occur while exporting, refer to tracks I have played through Beatport Link.  When you play the tracks, they get imported to my Collection because they start analyzing that track.  But then, I cancelled my subscription.  My Beatport tracks don't appear ANYWHERE in my Rekordbox.  Not in Collection, not in History, not in Playlist, ... so I was wondering, where or why is he still trying to export those tracks to my USB stick? Thanks for your answer.

You can't export streaming service tracks to a USB drive. Sorry.

Please re-read my question Pulse :-) That's not even my intention. But for some reason, he **IS** trying to export them. Don't even know where those files come from.  The only thing I know for sure, is that I have used them some time ago, from Beatport Link. So by using them, he automatically analysed those tracks. But 1/ my beatport link subscription is terminated 2/ those tracks do not appear in any of my playlist 3/ they don't even appear in my collection. BUTTTTT.... he's trying to export them "for some unknown reason". Any suggestion? I already cleaned all my playlists in "history" thought that might be the reason, but unfortunately, no solution. Still getting that export error for those "wherever-they-might-be"-files :-(

Are the files still in their original location or are they missing?

What version of rekordbox are you using?

What is the OS installed on your computer?

Are you trying to export or are you trying to use the Sync Manager?

Hi ... I'm using Rekordbox 6.5.3 on Mac OSX 11.6 Big Sur.
The error is in Export mode => Sync Manager (at the end of synchronisation).
It refers to tracks like "/v4/catalog/tracks/15294785/".
Those are files I played through Beatport Link so they were never physically on my harddrive (I suppose... it's a streaming service).

UPDATE: the error log (the result of Export Mode -> Sync Manager -> synchronisation) are certainly files from Beatport Link.  If I go to Performance Mode -> Beatport -> Search track (enter one of those error tracks) ... I find them over there, with a wave form.  So it's because I played them and they automatically analyzed... so in that way they ended up "SOMEWHERE" in My Collection.  If I click on that track and choose "remove from my collection" and re-export in Export Mode, that file is gone from my error log.

So still ending up with these questions:
1/ how to find al those files in 1 time, searching hundreds of tracks one by one is a hell of a job :-)
2/ even more important, why is he giving that error in Export Mode... those files from Beatport are "nowhere" in a playlist to be exported.

Ok PULSE :-) Found it ...

Export Mode => Collection => nothing to be found
Performance Mode => Collection : shows more files than Export Mode

So in Performance Mode => Collection => click on first column header => only the Beatport checkbox => select all tracks => Remove From My Collection.

Et voila :-) The Sync Manager in Export Mode is errorless :-)

REKORDBOX STILL RULES !

Wow, okay, that's a weird bug where they would have been included in the sync somehow. Glad you were able to resolve that! :)
