When you subscribed to the creative plan, you would have done so on your rekordbox account - likely the same one you used to login here on the forums. Try using that.

Issue with pswrd
Quick question I just recently bought a Mac and I installed RKB on it. I want to activate my (creative plan) on the Mac but it won't let me and says I half to put in a username and pswrd. Would anyone know which username and pswrd RKB is talking about? It wont let me activate it without that put in!!
