How to disable SHIFT+JOG WHEEL function
Hey everyone, i need to do a scratch while holding the shift button but whenever i try doing this, a weird function is activated where i skip parts of the song when using the touch part of the jog wheel while holding shift. How can i disable this so i can scratch while pressing shift? Thanks!!

Yeah, I'm trying to figure that out myself - the SHIFT+JOG is a rapid search function, not scratch, so I'm wondering what it is you're trying to do?

As i have the DDJ 200, i have to deal with having less buttons than other controllers. The thing is that i have assigned some pad fxs to my pad buttons by pressing shift, for example reverb. If i want to activate reverb i have to press shift+3rd pad button. So now, if i want to scratch while having my reverb button pressed, i activate that rapid search function.

Is there any way of disabling that rapid search you mentioned?

It's a default function, so you'd have to edit the mapping file yourself to do that - unfortunately that is not something we officially support so you'll have to look it up.
