Software virtually unusable - someone please help

Yes, I have a ticket open for this but I have not received any helpful info from support. I have a very large music collection (1.8 TB) but that is why I am using pro software. It should be able to handle it if it is for pros. 

I have 2 problems. 

Problem 1 is that the software lags so much that it is unusable. My music is on an external HD. It has been analyzing files for over 2 weeks and isn't finished. It seems like it's halfway. I have a lot of music, but this is ridiculous. Also, there seems to be no way to tell it to stop analyzing and resume later. 

Problem 2 is that as it analyzes it is creating a huge file at: C:\Users\wyman\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox\share\PIONEER\USBANLZ. This folder is already over 20Gb and is getting larger as the program analyzes files. I purposely installed Rekordbox on my D drive which is much larger. I don't have this kind of space to spare on my C: drive and I am about to run out of space completely with only about 1 Gb left and the folder size still increasing. I got this software  because it came with y DDJ 400 but it's been a nightmare.

Hi, that is a massive music collection! To stop it analysing just exit it will pick up where it left off when you start it again.

Might be a good idea to disable auto analysis with that big a collection. You can select blocks of tunes to analyse manually as needed.
